No time to catch up.
No time to write thoughtfully.
Time only to dump photos from my phone and remember from March to September . . .
That time we chaperoned a high school campout . . .
. . . and he asked for our daughter's hand . . .
. . . and she didn't yet know. . .
. . . that she was posing with her future brother-in-law.
That time when it was his birthday. . .
. . . and we were served by the cutest Chik-fil-a team member . . .
. . .on our way to get his birthday present.
That time when she had senior photos taken.
That time when it was his BIRTH day and then the VERY NEXT DAY. . .
. . . it was his 25th birthday. . .
. . . and his dog made it clear it was time for bed.
That time when I took a wrong turn and met Daisy and Minnie!
That time that I can't remember. . .
. . . but she looks so adorable.
That time when Janet B. opened her home to us AGAIN on Easter Sunday. . .
. . . and all my babies were in one place. . .
. . . and I smile because of Paul and I laugh because of Kelly in these photos!
That time when it was her very last day of home school. . .
. . . and I couldn't help but remember her very first.
That time when he came over and told us he had the ring, but she didn't know . . .
. . . but I knew. . .
. . . and Himself knew. . .
. . . and even though SHE didn't know . . .
. . . it was still the sweetest thing.
That time when He turned 50 . . .
. . . and the very next day, she graduated college. . .
. . . and we all couldn't stop smiling with pride and thankfulness!
That time when it was Mother's Day and we sat quietly on the couch together. . .
. . . and once again all my babies were in one place.
That time when her Sister-in-love made a special picnic. . .
. . . then helped her find the perfect dress. . .
. . . for a perfect day!
That time when I put this in the mailbox, and 16 years of home schooling was finished.
That time when I hid with Mickey. . .
. . . and she finally knew. . .
. . . and she said YES!
That time when my heart was held together by a wing and a prayer. . .
. . . and we drove for two days. . .
. . . and I was fiercely protected in Alabama. . .
. . . and we arrived to Texas where they have found "wave upon wave" of grace. . .
. . . and our Brown-Eyed Girl is walking in a dream. . .
. . . and our Beloved Son is a Workman Worthy.
That time when I was STILL in Texas and took the perfect selfie. . .
. . . and my Auntie was so sweet!
These times with my first daughter and her first wedding gift. . .
. . . and a shopping day. . .
. . . and THE Shopping Day. . .
That time when it was July and this treat was free.
That time when I rode Big Thunder for our Brown-Eyed Girl and made new friends.
That time when all our tickets for MNSSHP were in my hand.
That time when they were going on a date and he could barely take his eyes from her.
That time when I had to go back to New Mexico, and Glenna sent her love with me. . .
. . . and I had the best time ever with this kid. . .
. . . slept with a wooden indian in my room. . .
. . . saw this amazing rattlesnake made of rocks. . .
. . . was helped by the best Aunties in the WORLD. . .
. . .ate my most favorite dish. . .
. . . smiled and smiled at the things I found. . .
. . . held a sweet blessing. . .
. . . said a final good-bye. . .
. . . counted every minute with an Uncle. . .
. . . found a photo of me, Tyler, and Kelly. . .
. . . got to hug my Mama. . .
. . . visited the Smithsonian. . .
. . . and headed back home.
That time when I FINALLY made it to this store.
That time when she independently booked and bought a ticket to Texas. . .
. . . made it safely home again. . .
. . . prepared for the removal of her wisdom teeth. . .
. . . and then couldn't figure out her lips and kept asking me about them.
The times when my daughter-in-love feeds my phone and heart with photos.
That time when I went to New Orleans with everyone in my office . . .
. . . stayed in a crowded, dirty city. . .
. . . attended a symposium. . .
. . . where our speaker looked like Neil Patrick Harris. . .
. . . and we ate beignets and laughed at Cafe Mundo. . .
. . . shopped the quirkyness on Decatur Street . . .
. . . wore nice outfits that my daughters picked out . . .
. . . documented our boss's solemn oath . . .
. . . and won prizes!!!. . .
. . . and then headed home as fast as I could.
Today, I'm preparing for the Women's Retreat and preparing for MNSSHP in two weeks. Lastly, we count down each day until a very special day indeed; January 2, 2015!

Hooray! Glad to have you back! It's so much easier to jump back into blogging once the initial dump is done!
Xoxo,
Jess
Not going to lie, this made me cry a little. I love this family!
Loved the pictures! Love and miss you all very much.

I love this, J, but have to admit that tears were streaming down my face when, first, you said, "and all my babies were in one place", and secondly, when I saw again the photo of the half-loaded moving truck that was soon to be heading to TX. Looking forward to Christmas when all my babies will be in one place after such a long time. Thank you for this trip down your memory lane. :-)
Pam, my turn for tears! I will be rejoicing for you when your house is full again!
