At the time that I'm writing this, I'm at home with a migraine. I wish I could just knock myself out for 24 to 48 hours but I can't. That leaves me with watching TV.
Today's choice is a show on HGTV (through Netflix) called "Selling New York".

They showed an apartment, smaller than my house, and said they could easily get $30,000 per month for it.

If you're lucky, the property will contain outdoor space, which involves a balcony.
Also, since Manhattan is an island and there's no possible way to expand by building out, one must build up. In order to do so, however, one must own the air rights above his existing property. Air rights.
