I figured out how to make them correctly and they came out great! The first time, the salmon wasn't pre-cooked. I found canned, fully cooked salmon at Costco and bought some. I mixed one can with saltine crackers, two eggs, salt and pepper, then I sauteed them in olive oil.
Mom, they tasted just like yours! At last!
