Revenge of the Nursemaid

What does one do when their hubby has a back injury, is lying in pain, and can't move?

Take his picture, of course.

Sitting up is the most strenuous position for our backs. Standing actually puts less strain on the lower back! He finally brought his laptop into the room so he could at least answer emails. And comment on blogs, evidently.

Not very comfortable, but at least he can get some work done. Actually, want to know what's REALLY going on in this picture?

He says he only watches chick flicks because of his daughters. Yes. That's what he says.

I love the frustrated but amused look on his face. My face has no makeup on. If I had worn makeup, I wouldn't have run into anyone I knew at Walmart. Not wearing makeup and having a messy home has greatly improved my social life.

Pride and Prejudice is my daughter's all time favorite movie.

We totally love the BBC version. Totally!!!

Sorry about the hubs back, and sorry that he isn't the milk man, and sorry that he wasn't sharing his chick flick with you!

I watched that this week, and I remain a fan of the original. Is it just me, or do Kierra Knightly's teeth bother you, too? :D
I'm still up for either one...anytime!

Poor Mr. Welsh! I looked for him in church today, but then I realized he was probably home because of the ol' back.
Praying he feels better soon!
Happy birthday to Glenna!

I am now convinced that you are a closet evil just waiting to get out. Hahahaha! Pride and Prejudice is one of my favourite books, but I haven't watched the BBC ones. I just watched the Keira Knightley version.

I will never be sick or injured again in the presence of the evil MRS. and her camera . I am so vulnerable and emotionally scared that I may never fully recover .... I'm calling Dr. Phil .... I also watched the Borne Identity and Gettysburg and second hand Lions and Jericho.
Does anybody else think that the oldest sister in the BBC version of Pride and Predigest is a man?????

Dear Mr. JLW....

Do you not care about my nerves? I have these flutterings and tremblings and beatings of my heart. Pains in my head and I can get no rest, night or day!

Jane does not look like a man. But I think the daughter that plays the piano does!

Poor back - it's so HARD to type laying flat. I'd have to do it though. Hope he gets better soon!

Is it a calcium deficiency? Milk rationing and all.....LOL

Kim! You made me laugh so hard! Hysterical!

All right, all right. . . I'm going to the store. The family has gone an entire day without milk, as the nephew was quick to point out.

I like Keira Knightly, but her teeth are very disturbing, I agree!

Pride and Predjudice, in any form, is almost as good as chocolate. The best is to read the book, of course. My opinion will not surprise JLW. Perhaps I should have chosen Bookworm as my identity. Cute pics, Mr. JLW! The last one should be captioned: Hibernating Bear--Do Not Photograph, Do Not Feed Tuna.

Do you SEE why I love that BT so? She makes me laugh and laugh!

Everyone, chant with me! Bagel Two Blog! Bagel Two Blog! Bagel Two Blog!

(Even a post once per week would be wonderful!)
